Warialda Rotary Club is part of a worldwide organisation of over 1.2 million men and women – people who are united for the common good. The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise, through: the development of acquaintance, or meeting, as an opportunity for service; promotion of high ethical standards in business and professions and in community life; taking on the ideal of service in each one’s personal, business, and community life; and the advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace.

The Warialda Rotary Club was established as a club on its Charter Night on 26 April 1980.
The inaugural President was Ron Trevallian.

At its Charter Night, representatives attended from clubs from Moree, Coonabarabran, Inverell, Inverell East, Wee Waa, Narrabri, Guyra, Kempsey West, Walcha, Goondoowindi, Casino, Sydney, Barraba, Tamworth, Coff’s Harbour, Armidale, Gunnedah, Tuncurry Foster, Tenterfield, Parkes, Singleton and Dorrigo.
